Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to The Remembering course materials for personal use. This access is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, frameworks, meditations, journal templates, and quick-reference cards, is the intellectual property of Human Optimization Lab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Community Guidelines
If you join The Practitioner's Path or The Architect's Circle, you agree to treat all community members with respect. You agree not to share other members' personal information, course content, or private experiences outside the community.
Disclaimer
The Remembering is an educational course about the Akashic Records. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services.
The course presents both supporting and critical perspectives on the Akashic Records. Results from Akashic practice are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. The Validation Framework is a tool for personal discernment, not scientific proof.
Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction commitment. If you complete Module 1 and do not find value in the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Human Optimization Lab is not liable for any decisions made based on information received during Akashic practice. You remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, and wellbeing.
